My own suggestion would be to document it much like the QCX-SSB hack. The kit is low enough priced that buying it just for this purpose is totally feasible :-) Ryan Flowers

Set the time on QCX to WWV. The QCX displays the time to the second, and it is set to within a half second to WWV. Good enouf. About the frequency, I set the 40 meter QCX WSPR frequency to 7.04096 whi

John The synchronization for jt8 needs to he within a couple seconds, so I am thinking it is the same for wspr. Most synchronize their pc to an on line atomic clock, or use a gps for a stand alone dev

I was wondering what this WSPR thing is. . . And so, I set up for WSPR operating. Left it on all night with battery powered. It died sometime during and I found that the clock needs reset. So one good

Just reporting - after several days no "overseas" report with my U3s 0,5W out into inv-L on TopBand. So old FT-897 with 5W put into the operation. You can see what 10dB more (from 27 to 37dBm) can do

Thanks to reports(s), I can see that during last 24hrs reports from EU only - so probably I will try to go with 5W-10W out instead of 0,5W ;-) So I have to order 10W PA from Hans - not so bad news fro

Just announcement - my new U3s finished and running with 27dBm out (0,5W) on TopBand (1,838178MHz), ant inv-L, in JN79. As I want to see as many as possible RX reports, please tune Your WSPR monitors
