I’d hope the V3 (as per subject line) doesn’t have early firmware, but there does seem to be a firmware issue, so again I’d suggest the OP RTFM and reload the latest firmware into the “USB Drive” that

Jerry Both those refer to early firmware. Everyone should make sure the latest firmware is used. The early firmware had a fault that might self-destruct the PA amongst other bugs. 73 Alan G4ZFQ

The manual does say it is better not to use 12volts and not to exceed 5 watts. Did you wind T1 3-2 or 3-3. I suggest replacing q7 for protection after all it probably saved the finals and maybe more d
