Thanks for the reply. Yes, Q1 and Q2 are working fine. I get "12v" (actually 9.29v since I am running on 9v) on R2 when I go to TX. On RX is it 0v.

I also fond out that for some reason slot 2 is not working. All my bands are now working and slot 2 is open. Will debig later after I enjoy using it for a few weeks.

Paul,
Rather more likely is that the forward bias is not reaching the diodes. If that is so then the RF would get rectified and produce a negative voltage.

Same experience here .... great little rig ..... have OCX-20 with the metal case =)
Had it out yesterday playing radio in the park using a 8-AA battery pack that is YEARS old .... maybe next payday

Exactly, a 3 dB attenuator at the PA input should bring 6 dB improvement in return loss.
In your case it means VSWR instead of 2:1 ---> 1.4:1.
