Evan:
You can shorten both eBay and Amazon references by just using the first "big" number in the URL, highlighted in yellow below (e.g. Amazon # B07TB8QXMC).

Hi Mike, last post, can't beat the subject anymore.
Did you read Gwen's post? It explains it in detail. I learned from it, did you?
Dan, NM3A, his response is also well done.

I have never seen an F/F header.
I agree with Matt's 1st suggestion:
"replace one of the male sides with a female header by desoldering"
Cheers,
John

Did you buy the 3.3V or 5V version?
It's all explained in the manual starting on page 41 (click here), including baud rate, flow control, CAT commands, etc.
For testing, yes, you can use a terminal

Good bug operators are the same way. I learned CW originally on a straight key, then paddles, back in the 80s/90s. When I rediscovered CW, I was lucky enough to know ex-Navy (W8IM), ex-MM (W4CQC, SK)

Hello Julian,
- trains the brain better to do what? Send with a straight key?
Using muscular feedback can reinforce the learning process.
Compare it to what many people do: talking with their mouth

I got a kit of the 10W linear Amp. Do I need the BIAS (TX to ground) only for the Alignment or do I have to switch the TX on (TY to Ground) also during operation ?
