I suggest to try the following:
- double check ATmega is properly seated in socket
- resolder socket pins in case there is a dry-joint
- resolder display pins in case there is a dry-joint

If it says 5W somewhere in the documentation I need to find that and correct it.
The capacitors have 50V rating.
5W is 45V pk-pk, or 22.V

5) Always use a Low Pass Filter between the Amplifier output and your antenna system.
