Phil for the RD15HVf1 you will have to "twist the pins" on G and S it is I believe . People who have made PCB drafting errors of this type have reported losses at HF NOT VHF of 0.3 dB from this.

Rahul, Pin 3, your contrast adjustment looks very off from expected. I would start there. Check R47 which Is setting the contrast voltage to pin 3. You should not see 5 volts unless your R47 is
