As Bob says replacing those components is required in almost all cases like yours.

Check voltages on the BS170s RX and TX will reveal their operation but if one goes it's best to replace them all especially having used19 volts. Hope nothing else has blown.

Start with Q4,5,6,7. If one of the 170 blew, it likely took out Q6. They do not have to look bad to be bad.
