I am using Wolphii v 2.28 on my phone - downloaded from Playstore. Not freeware but only a few bucks which I haven't regretted. I can now read characters up to 25 wpm. Problem is now getting my aged brain to string them all together but that's just a matter of practice - not very disciplined in that regard! But with practice readily available any time on the phone I've got little excuse!
