It's the same extrusion used on the 50W PA kit but cut to a shorter length, and with the top and sides mutilated in different ways. So yes, all drilled and cut and printed. Printing is laser etch though, not silkscreen. Laser etch is a higher quality finish and more durable, higher resolution.

I think 92mm x 25mm x 63mm is one of the "standard" aluminum clamshell enclosures like on the QCX+.  Drilled and Silkscreened ?
