Hi Paul, my apologies if this is buried somewhere in the app and I am just not astute enough to find it. I have had several graduate students in my music perception and voice analysis lab who have been interested in both multi resolution FFT and wavelet analysis of singing voice signals. There are some interesting interactions when higher frequency energy continues oscillating period to period as pitch rises, and the fixed resolution FFT averages those transitions away. We are currently exploring this through custom python programming, but I wanted to ask whether this might ever be part of the PRAAT development roadmap? I would find it incredibly useful to have an alternative to the single resolution FFT. Thanks so much, Ian
