Time to Work on the 2018 Club Calendar – Send Me Your Photos

Roger Searle

Everyone,

It’s time to start preparing the 2018 Club calendar.  This year we can get an early enough start and have it hopefully ready by mid-December.

I’ll talk about this more in tonight’s GT Club, but for now, would you send to my personal email, searlerb@... photos you’d like to include in the calendar:  you, family, friends, events, and of course your cars?  Send in several and we’ll try to include at least one for everyone.

Also, let me know if you’d like to help with the layout and photo selection for the calendar.

Thanks,

Roger

Good Morning Fellow PMGC Members,

The nominations are in and the time has come to make your choice for the new PMGC Board members!

Attached to this email you will find the Board Member Election Ballot.  I have sent it up so that you should be able to just click in the check boxes to create a checkmark to vote.  Then if you have a write-in vote you should be able to again click in the text box, type in the name of your write-in and then again just click to create a checkmark in the box.  If, for some reason, this does not work you are welcome to vote via paper ballot and send me your ballot or give it to me at the AGM/GT next week.

Remember your ballot must be received by me via email or regular mail (The Philadelphia MG Club, Inc. or Kristi Liebel 1366 Randy Drive, Pottstown, PA 19464) by Noon on October 10th.  Or if you feel that you cannot get the ballot to me by Noon on October 10th you can give it to me at the AGM/GT.

Hi Ken and fellow PMGC Members,

Ken just pointed out that he was not able to put a checkmark for one of the Board Member at Large names - that is my fault. When I created the checkboxes I did not see that there was a second page. Attached to this email is a corrected form.

Sorry about that,

Kristi

P.S. Also remember to send your ballot to me personally otherwise you will be sending it to the entire yahoo group list!

PMGC Election Ballots

Kristi Liebel

Good Evening,

I just wanted to take a minute to remind you that the GT/AGM is tomorrow (10/10). If you have not sent me your ballot please remember that they are due to me by noon tomorrow. If you want to submit your ballot electronically you will need to download the ballot, fill it in then save it to your computer (possibly using a different name) then send it to me. I have also had people take a screen shot of their completed ballot and attach the screen shot to the email. Either way works for me. Remember you can also bring your completed ballot to the GT tomorrow night as well.

See you all tomorrow night!!

Dear Sir,
Please excuse this rather bizarre question !  Do you know of any classic car enthusiast
who will be attending the viewing day (Sunday October 1st) of the above Auction ?
I live in Ireland,  and am considering bidding online, (Lot 308)
              Now I fully realise this car is not a MG , actually it's a 1960 Triumph TR3,
Simply would like someone to inspect the floor footwell, the cills and generally how rust
free the car is , there are only 3 photos of the car on Bonhams website and they
describe the car as solid which is a little vague!
I am reluctant to contact the local Triumph club as it is quite possible one of their
              Members could also be interested.!!!
Plus I think amongst all the other many lots there is a nice looking MG TC ,  so there
is a fair chance someone you now who is attending the viewing day may be able to
              help me .
Many Thanks, Regards, John D Fay, West Cork, Ireland.

              Members could also be interested.!!!
Plus I think amongst all the other many lots there is a nice looking MG TC ,  so there
is a fair chance someone you now who is attending the viewing day may be able to
              help me .

I’ll ask the Triumph guys - maybe one of them is going.  I suspect Dave is.

Cheers,

Dear Sir,
Please excuse this rather bizarre question !
