How we spent Xmas day, dolphin rescue, 3 hrs, 250 lbs dolphin. We spotted it about 11 AM swimming in the shallows and it managed to get caught with no place to go with enough water to swim. We moved it to a larger pool and about 2 PM the Marine Mammal Stranding Center showed up with the local fire dept and took Barney to the hospital.

Merry Xmas With Frozen Toes

Larry, Theresa and the families.

Not many places will work on old cars... but mine did.

I used Whitemarsh collision for my paint - nice job too.

Lester used them too.

British Racing Green MGB 1965

They charged me $2,500 end to end on the car.  This included prep work, fixing dents, and new paint along with a clear coat.

They can also match paint colors from the original cars. All they need is the modern paint code equivalent of the original color.

This page has all the paint codes by year:

This page has cars with all of the paint schemes shown along with the paint codes (including Dupont, Ditzler, and the ot her MODERN codes for painting today to look exactly like they did from the factory)

This page has paint chips on it so you can see them on your computer.

So  I went to go for a ride and nothing doing.  I have lights, fuel pump, radio, 12.65 volts across the battery.  Turn key...just won't turn over.  sounds like she's trying but just can't get over.  Ideas?  Without pulling the starter.   I thought there was a way to jump the solenoid but I can't get into the archives for some reason.

Thanks in advance

Ryan

Now for something completely different.

Your Board is meeting in mid January to figure out the 2012 year. Since we do not have all the info available I would like to ask all the members to contribute. We are going to try and put together a 2012 calendar of events, so if you have a favorite event or show and would like to put it on the calendar, please send to me, or the list, but that is not necessary. Even if it's not a Club Event or something we haven't done, just let me know.

We will try to get it on the calendar for 2012 and I will try to get it on the website (which is really really scheduled for an update, I promise, really).

But I need a list of events to put on said calendar.

Thanks

Larry
