Training Day for all Level Athletes
The goal is to prepare you physically and mentally for the upcoming season. In the spring, you will be able to make a smooth transition to outdoor training.
Training day 1: Sunday, January 21st,
Brick – bike and run at Louis-Riel Dome/ Time: 1pm to 3pm.
Bring your own trainer. Some strength and core work will also be part of the session.
3 Training Days – brick only
Paid upfront, payment received before January 5th, 2018
1 to 3 Training Days – brick
