West Jersey Chapter YouTube Page Update with South Jersey PRSL Images

All, we have added another video to our YouTube Page

Member Scott Barnes has edited and added the video from our March 2022 meeting which featured Rich Jahn of the Anthracite Railroads Historical Society presenting a program of photos from the Late Walter Schopp.    There are many PRSL South Jersey images in this program.


Here's a brief description of the video:

Rich Jahn of the Anthracite Railroads Historical Society presents rarely-seen rail images by the late Walter Schopp from New Jersey and surrounding areas. Walt never shared his images and only since his passing has the ARHS been sharing some of them. Walt was a prolific transportation photographer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania starting in the late 1950s: his collection included 150,000 slides and 22,000 negatives. Following a biography of Walt and some background on how the ARHS acquired a portion of his collection, the photo presentation begins at 13:19. This presentation was recorded live at the March 28, 2022, virtual meeting of the West Jersey Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society.
