Looking good, Dave. I plan on building an M70/M70A by back dating the M70B, using a Clerestory Roof. I plan on an M70B down the road. I have that Keystone issue coming myself.

I like the plan. Interestingly, my approach to the mPBM54 will be similar, but where you have to lengthen the RPO apartment to 20' by adding a window, since my raw material is the extant
