Chestnut-sided Warbler present at 9:30 AM in eucs and shrubs lining the west side of Armstrong Nursery, readily accessed from the Slater St parking lot. Occasional excellent views, but mostly buried in dense eucalyptus leaf clusters.
Traveled in a U-shaped loop thru the eucs surrounding the lawn that is btw parking lot and nursery fenceline. It then changed course, flying from eucs nearest the parking lot, west to eucs by the street at the NE corner of the nursery. I lost track at this point.
Good luck, be patient. Improve your chances by standing back - avoid pressing close to the shrubs along the wall.
