While roaming the west side of Huntington Central Park this morning I saw a female YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD fly in from the west to join a mixed flock of blackbirds moving between the lake and the equestrian center.
While looking for it among the Brown-headed Cowbirds, Great-tailed Grackles, Brewer's Blackbirds, and Red-winged Blackbirds foraging in the stables and paddocks I found a female TRICOLORED BLACKBIRD as well.
