“Norb” Warner, age 86 of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022.  Norb was born November 2, 1936, in Darke County, Ohio, to Arthur and Mary (Fourman) Warner.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Warner and grandson, John Michael Warner.  He married Judith “Judy” Henderson Rickard on February 24, 1990.

Norb was a very quiet man with a creative mind. He loved designing, creating and building everything from a sandbox for the grandchildren to a gazebo and pond for his home. He was the family “fix it guy” to whom everyone went when something needed repaired, remodeled or rebuilt. He attended Tipp City United Methodist church for many years. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

In addition to his loving wife, Norb is survived by his children, Patrick (Shelly) Warner of Greenville, Ohio, Gary “Rick” (Geri) Rickard of Tallahassee, Florida, and Kelley Rickard of Miami, Florida; grandchildren, Lauren Warner, Jesse Warner, Sam (Jenna) Warner, AJ Warner and Erik (Beth) Rickard; and great grandson, Tyden Rickard.
