Windows USB compatibility issue
John Galbreath
This may not be the place to raise this issue - I think Microsoft hates me.
I get my NanoVna working with my PC - then when I install an SDR program on the same PC the VNA program ceases to work, or vice versa Does Windows 10 switch USB drives on its own initiative ? |

It is possible that the ST micro based devices have the same VID and PID, but require different USB software drivers.
Try dedicating each device to a unique USB port, and never mix them. |

You need to give better details such as how did you get the unit to work and what software did you use. Then describe what other SDR software you tried to use. Note that some software installs USB drivers and modifies the USB setup during installation which will render previous installations inoperable.
