This is a replacement for the same group in Yahoo Groups. All the members, photos, files, and messages were moved here.
The group was established in 2005 by Mr. Philip J. Hughes, the lead moderator and promoter.
This is a restricted group, new members have to be approved, and an initial post will be moderated.
The NDH-Philately group is non-political with no personal political views or discussions tolerated.
