Log New Call field not responding

Subject: Log New Call field not responding

I recently upgraded to a ACL 7.0.1 and also upgraded to the latest version of JTAlert (2.50.1)
ACL will  no longer automatically  populate the log call fields located below the Recent Contacts table. What did I forget to toggle in ACL in order to automatically populate the call fields?
Or is it something I need to toggle in the JTA program?
