Suggested New Logging Program

Hello Scott,

I would like to suggest you create a new software program for SKYWARN Recognition Day. The NWS SKYWARN Recognition Day website -- https://www.weather.gov/crh/skywarnrecognition -- with its own log submission form at -- https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSflgppeXpBrijZL0PCFY6GEYwzAnCqmUt7_rA1rAxBIriU1GA/viewform -- can be set in the program just like the other N3FJP programs. Since this is an annual event, it is likely that a lot of amateurs will use it.
