QRZ Error

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your e-mail. I'm no longer a QRZ subscriber myself, but we've not received any other problem reports. The common reasons for that error are:
- QRZ server is temporarily down.
- Incorrect password / user name combination (password can only contain letters and numbers, no special characters).
- Internet connection down.
- Internet protection software blocking the connection.

Not sure if anyone has gotten this error. I use QRZ to download Contact information. I have checked the password and login all good. Went to QRZ and verified its working. Any Suggestions?
