Multi step upload to LOTW from N3FJP #lotw

I am getting a two-step upload process to LOTW from N3FJP that I did not used to get. I have attached screen shots.

The first is an error detection "Already Uploaded QSO suppressed on Lin3 41." I click "Ignore."

The second panel "Already Uploaded QSOs Detected" comes up. I click "New QSOs Only."

My ACL version is 7.0.6.

Have you tried downloading from LoTW using the “All Since” button ?

Or tried downloading from LoTW using the “All Since” button and putting in an earlier date than the Pre-Populated date ?

Here is an example that will download everything after Jan 1 2021

 

 

Or even tried downloading using the “All Data” button ? (could take a while)

 

The messages you are getting are probably from TQSL, not ACLog

(After a successful download of the pertinent records that you've previously uploaded to LoTW, AC Log puts an "L" in the Sent Confirmed By field and won't attempt to send the same records to TQSL for upload again)

Without doing the download, ACLog has no way of knowing that you already uploaded the records, and will continue to Try again.

Is there some reason to NOT have contacts uploaded to ACLog when entered?  I always have them uploaded automatically, but then again I have pretty good internet here at home.  I could see it if I were operating from some remote location where I had to depend on an iffy cell phone shared connection, but here all contacts are set to upload automatically...
I have on occasion gotten a report from "somewhere" that there was a problem uploading a contact...  I've always just contributed it to congestion at the tsql server and occasionally run the upload from date command and this usually generates a dupe...  But it is no problem to find and remove the dupe.
