Geo, I’m puzzled by your report. My logger for the IARU HF contest shows up under N3FJP in the programs list of Windows 10. For awhile I couldn’t find it, so I saved the Cabrillo file and LogData file

John, Thanks, but it still didn't work. I used an alternative method that did work: sent an email to organizers and attached the Cabrillo file. Hope they can read it - it's in Notepad, not Word. Bain
