Have you looked at the BV software? It looks like it will do much of what you ask and will work with ADIF exports from ACL or any other logging software.

Hawaii contest log

Good evening, I am playing around a bit the hawaii GSO party log - and I can't past the setup screen, where it is asking for a County - I am tried my county, and well any abbreviation I can think of - and nothing is helping -I livein Curry County, Oregon hopefully their is someone out their that can give me some help. the in State HIQP - I am not instate to Hawaii sop not sure why it waiting input their. General questions

Hey Everyone,
Here are a few questions. I am sure they are based on my lack of understanding and I am hoping the answers to this email will make me wiser for the asking. 1. When a new station comes onto the log it shows black while the others are green. My answer is to think the one in black has not been reported to lotW and eqsl. When it turns green, logs are up to date. 2. I turned DX spots on and decided I did not like them and turned them off. Settings > dxspotting. Nothing is checked but they are still displaying. 3. When a new station is a logging in waiting, the recent contacts list pops up and fills from 1 to a whole page full of the about to be logged with all stations details. I never get to see the actual page that shows logged until after the fact. (Note: I would like to be able to see the logged page all the time, any way to do this?? 73 - deni wb0tax

- Click Settings > Rig Interface and make sure N3FJP API isn't selected.
- Click Setting > Transmit > CW and make sure N3FJP API isn't selected.
- Click Settings > API and make sure the bottom check box isn't checked.
That will do the trick.

Hi Mel,
Thanks for your e-mail. The two most common causes for what you describe are:
- You PC going to sleep.
- An Intermittent Internet connection.
You can try enabling the Keep Alive function on the DX Spotting set up form, but with it failing as fast as you describe, you will likely have to remedy your connection to keep the DX Spotting active.

I am planning on setting up a Separate Log under ACLog using WSIT-X/JTAlert combo to feed the Log. That way the Grid Code will get Logged without having to enter it. There is really NO Contest Logger for this one. JoAnn - AB8YZ

I love the spotting feature of Scott's programs, but I must have some setting wrong and would appreciate it if someone could give me a clue where to look. I launch the spotting program and it works great and then it quits showing new spots. I have cleared both Scott's programs and port 30 to pass everything through the firewall. If I turn the Spotting program off and then back on it shows new spots, but then a few minutes later it quits updating.
