Win10 had an update yesterday……Does the software come up with the add your call and reg# screen like when you first received it? If so, just plug your call in and the registration

Were the countries confirmed. If they were not confirmed and the qsl received block has a check in it, you will only see the countires confirmed.

Thanks for your e-mail. Remove the L from your LoTW query to see all the QSOs worked, whether confirmed by the other station on LoTW or not. Lots more details of how LoTW works are in this

I had to redo my log because of some errors.
I could have sworn there was an option to fill in names and other data from QRZ.
