While the solution does work, it would be completely not needed, if the file "Name" said it all.

The problem with your simple solution I believe is
If you have the "auto backup on exit" option enabled
then I do not think you get a backup made

Thanks for your follow up. Any time a QSO is found in your log and marked as confirmed, the Updated text occurs, even if the QSO was already marked in a previous download.

If I download the installer for ACLog, I usually end up with this.
Any Idea which one is which ? Me either, unless I re-name them after download. This

Where this cab bite you is if someone re-uploads their whole log, either accidentally or through ignorance of how things work, with a different location. It will show up as a new confirmation received
