Try this: Open an edit box on the duped records and check the time on and time off (if present). ALC can log time to six digits for digital modes but only displays four on the main display.

Gee that sounds simplistic... Thinking about it I'm sure there is more to it than that. Scott should answer this one...

The reason you have dupes is because the records are not identical. It is natural to think of dupes in terms of the critical QSO data only (date/time/band/mode/call) but ACL looks at the ENTIRE

It's probably best to upload from only one computer until you get a feel for the way things work. I have used instances of ACL on two computers sharing a common log file and it does work well, but the

Re: Dupes when uploading to LoTw
Hi Jim , Yes I do save logdata files , I now have them numbered 1,2,and 3 .. This is like a catch 22 . The logdata 1,2, and 3 are no good because they all are full of dupes . So I can save the log

I think Scott and JIm answered the technical questions better than I can.
I don't like my radio PC to get on on the internet. Before FT8 I'd upload to LOTW every 6 months or so. FT8 users,

You're working too hard. :) After you "rebuild" you log save a backup copy to a safe location. Better yet, save two backup copies to different locations. That way you have an easy way back if things

Re: N7YG and Flex not getting along.
If you are using FSK, then much of that is dependent on how your transmitter is setup for FSK . If you are using the standard RTTY Shift then you will need to make sure that your transceiver is setup
