K8H has been used as a US call several times. If you do a search on it here: http://www.1x1callsigns.org/index.php/search I suspect the next time it is used it will be a U.S. call again. I'm not sure

Alek, the cty.dat file used by ACL is maintained by AD1C, separately from the ACLog software. The latest cty.dat file does not appear to show K8H as American Samoa yet. It will eventually but for now,
