I used these rig control settings for my Yaesu FT-100D with an FTDI FT232 cable I got on Amazon for $19.

DX Spotting Help
I just recently registered N2FJP. I set up DX spotting and it was working great.
I closed the program and the band map is not populating, neither is the lower dx spotting list.

I always save my contest logs using a file name appropriate for that contest, but in the future I will exit the contest log program before starting a new log.

Thanks for your e-mail. In addition to the backup on close option built into AC Log, I don't know of any reason you could not copy the log as frequently as you like as well.
