Well I finally found an email address within the QRZ site. I asked them to forward my issues to there Help Desk.
I was able to look at my XML account info all looked normal. I was NOT able to change

My JTAlertX is connected to my main log. I need it to log to my MS QSO party log. Anyone know how to change that setting? I can’t find it and assume it is done in WSJT. :/

Is there a way to clear this all and start from scratch and import a .dif file?

I guess I am not understanding what you are suggesting. I have gone to the point of uninstalling all n3fjp products, clearing the recycling and reinstalling with know change.

I show the n3fjp group of programs in my c drive. my d drive is set for storage.
