Rotor Control
Does ACLog have a rotor control feature builtin? I just installed the EZ rotor control with the RS232 option in myTailtwister control box and would like to control the rotor from my loggingprogram.

Hi Fernando,
Yes, I definitely plan to add a feature in the next ACLog revision to fill in missing data, however, ACLog will print address labels for QSL cards now if that is what you would like to

Hi Lawrence,
Thanks for your e-mail. No ACLog does not provide rotor control at this time. I'll certainly keep that in mind for the future.

cw speed indicator for the fd logging program
Has anyone done any measurements on the speed vs the number listed
in the speed setting window?
It would be nice to know what number to set it to for
5,10,15,20,25,30,35 WPM. My ear for guessing

Re: cw speed indicator for the fd logging program
Hi Huel,
The CW speed is dependent on the processor speed. The faster your processor, the higher the number. My old 75Mhz machine sounds good at the 7-10 range!

CW interface capabilities
I am very interested in using the CW interface, but before either
building the circuit or buying the cable, I wanted to make sure the
software did what I hope. Perhaps I missed the full description,

Hi Jim,
Thanks for your e-mail.
Yes, by pressing the F12 key you enter "keyboard" mode. Each character that you type is sent. When you want to exit and return to logging, just press F12 again.

Re: VHF Log and grid squares
I second the motion. The way the bands were open last contest, I frequently
was working areas not displayed on the screen. It would also be neat to see
the whole picture.

I have a suggestion for ACLog 2.3...
After spending some time this morning setting up my fields and tabs,
it occured to be how much easier it would be if the program (while
