I am aware that you can log two counties by entering "CNTY1 + CNTY2" in the county box.  Had one this morning on the county line of 4 counties - I tried to enter it as HEM+HOW+LRV+SVR and the out of state ARQP log didn't like it.  Had to close and reopen the log.  Should this work or is the multiple county function limited to two counties?  (Juliet didn't know)

Hi Jeff,

On the LoTW setup form, choose the option to display raw data and then do a download.  If there are QSO records in your download from LoTW that include this tag, but are not being marked as confirmed received, you will need to check the other marking criteria I sent in my previous reply:

<QSL_RCVD:1>Y

If you are not seeing the above for the QSO records in question, the LoTW server is indicating they are unconfirmed.

Enjoy!

First put your mouse over the call and click the Right Button
Does the QSL Sent have a check mark and does the Sent Conf By have an L
If it does then the call has been sent to Lotw and should reflect that when you
          do the Lotw download.
If Not then the call has Not been sent to Lotw.
Highlight one of the calls in question.
    Then go to eLogs/Lotw.
Then click selected contacts from main form.
Do you get an error or does Lotw send that call to Lotw
If you get an error then ACLog says it has been sent
If you don't get an error then ACLog just sent that call to Lotw.

Hi Rick,

Thanks for testing!  I used the WW Digi selection in WSJT-X, as the exchange is identical to ARRL International Digital.  Here are the successful settings that work fine here for WSJT-X when connected to ARRL International Digital:

ARRL International Digital:

WSJT-X Advanced Tab:

Capture2.PNG

WSJT-X Log QSO Form:

Capture3.PNG

Result:

Please give that a try.

OK... Open WSJT-X, Open the ARRL International Digital program.  Make an FT8 Q.
Prompt me to log is on.  No automatic log on the logging program.  It does on AClog.
There is no ARRL Digicontest in the Special Operating Activity - Settings Window.
That’s it for me.

Hot off the presses, we now have a new program to support ARRL's New International Digital Contest, coming up in June, ready for testing!  In addition to all the features you have come to expect, that should be given a once over, being a digital contest, this program requires extra testing now, interfaced with with all the digital programs out there that you may decide to use.

We have briefly tested ARRL Digital with WSJT-X and N7YG Digital Engine, but much more thorough testing is needed.  Chris, Kimberly and I will very much appreciate it if you would please give this beta a really good workout over the next couple of days and let us know how you make out:

Re: QSL S and R

If you do LOTW have you had ACLog do an download? Just go to elogs/lotw. then under download click "ALL DATA". This will do an complete download of your LOTW file. It will then compare that file to your database. Everyone that has been confirmed will show in blue. Those that you have uploaded but not confirmed will be in Green.
Then setup a schedule where once a month you do a download for the preceding month. Twice a year do an download for the year. Once a year do a "All DATA" to catch those confirmations that are older than a year.

Yes I have EPQP with API for WST-x.. I did notice that when I am calling a station I can see that ACLG has his call sign in the logging payne  . My qrz is went correctly but now the station does not show up so therefore it won't log . It go's direct to the WSTX-X log file. Something is wrong and I am not sure. Here's my  belt and suspenders log path...

I log each contact to ACLog (N3FJP). Then...
I upload to LoTW at the end of the session. Then...
At the end of the day I download any confirmed or accepted LoTW files back into ACLog to update the ACLog entries. Then.....
I import the LoTW updates into my QRZ log directly from LoTW with a couple of easy key strokes. Then...
Each night when I close my ACLog it automatically saves the ACLog mdb file to my DropBox account.
Occasionally I will upload my log to eQSL for any folks that prefer that logging technique.

The mdb file in my DropBox account is my primary backup file stored offsite. If a disaster happens (i.e. Fire, theft, tornado or computer failure etc.) I can easily get my ACLog file back in the original file format that ACLog understands.

I had to doublecheck to make sure I had written your message.  I basically do the same thing except I upload to eQSL after each session and I occasionally upload to QRZ for those who use that.  I also upload to Clublog after each session so I can see what I have worked, confirmed, and Verified.

That will happen with any logging system setup for amateur radio.  The MARS calls use a different format.

I have some old ARRL logbooks that I used before the advent of computer logs.  I still have a few blank books.  I simply use one of those books for anything out of the ordinary.  I used it for this year's AFD QSOs.  I use it for Shortwave stations I find interesting, etc., etc.

I'm glad I bought a bunch of those books when I placed my last order, but I'm always a bit surprised by the number of hams who still write down their QSOs.  I'd have thought most everybody would be using logging programs by now, but that's not the case.
