Hi Mel,

Thanks for your e-mail.  Yes, in addition to JTAlert by Laurie, VK3AMA and WSJT-X to N3FJP by Dave Slotter, W3DJS  (the referenced Python script), a third option is Grid Tracker (gridtracker.org).

Enjoy!

Yes, there is a Python Script that when the Log Box opens and you click Log, the script will grab the info, format it for the ACLog and send it to ACLog, where it will appear. The script will then reset itself and wait for the next time you click Log on the Log Popup box.

OK, went to DXSummit.fi and after doing some digging, found the Spot I sent. Is there a way to have the Comment block come up when you press the "Spot Last" Button, so you can enter a comment or is that only possible in the Ctrl-D form? Also how long do you normal wait before your spot shows in the listing on the Logger?

How are you determining that it did nothing? Do you have any filters turned on such as Block Dx Spots etc. Easy to check is to go to DX Summit.fi and see if your spot is listed there.

Re: Spot Last

Hi JoAnn,

Thanks for your e-mail.  Spot Last sends the last QSO to the telnet service you are connected to.  You may or may not see your spot appear in the DX Spots list, depending on your filtering in AC Log and / or your filtering on the telnet site.  Also, some telnet sites require verification before allowing the posting of DX sites, so that is an additional possibility you should investigate.

Enjoy!

FYI, That's is not a JTAlert problem. ACLog is setting the mode to SSB and RST to 59. JTAlert doesn't set the mode or rst of ACLog. The only time it sets the mode and rst is when it logs a QSO and that WILL NEVER be SSB, only the mode set in WSJT-X. ACLog is making the decision to set the mode and rst incorrectly

Downloads are working fine from what I have experienced.  Anything uploaded more than 11 hours ago (according to the queue site: http://www.arrl.org/logbook-queue-status) should be there when you download.

They are overloaded because of the weekends contesting logs being uploaded.  There are thousands in the queue.
We just have to wait until it is caught up.  I suspect all resources for LoTW are being used for the uploads and
downloads are taking a back seat.  Standby for another day and check the ARRL LoTW queue.

Greetings Deni - yes that's the case right now.

Currently a little over 18,000 uploads are in the queue waiting for their turn for computer time. Probably a lot of them are from the CQ Worldwide DX CW contest this past weekend.

I have not done any FT8/4 contests,   just logged them in ACL and moved on.

Do any of the N3FJP  RTTY--Digital Log Programs support this exchange---working with JTAlert---?????

From the rules and the setup instructions,  looks like you can just run WSJT and it will create the Cabrillo file you need---????     I plan to play in this contest this weekend and will do it this way, if nothing else comes up that will work..
