Re: qsl sent doesnt record
Thanks. I have, and it still doesnt put an L in. drat, but good try !! I normally clik that about once a day anyway for updates.

Re: qsl sent doesnt record

Under eLogs > LoTW try clicking on All Since (with a date under it). You have to be sure that LoTW has had time to process your upload or else you won’t get the L.
Happy Thanksgiving!

When I do eQSL uploads, it works fine to eQSL, and marks the records with an E, but when I upload then to LOTW it doesnt mark the record with an L, even though I have verified that the record was indeed uploaded. I tried this before and after doing eQSL upload, still same.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for your e-mail. Click Settings > Rig Interface and select None from the power options. If you are using the USB connection, you don't need to enable any power options.

Re: Callbook-QRZ Internet Lookup
Scott Davis
Hi Joe,
Thanks for your e-mail. I'm sorry that you've run into trouble. That error occurs when QRZ doesn't recognize the Call / password combination that you have entered on the QRZ set up form, or your PC was unable to access the QRZ server.
Make sure that:
Your Windows Protection and / or Internet protection software is allowing AC Log to access the Internet
You have a QRZ subscription in good standing
You don't have any unusual characters in your user name or password. If you stick to letters and numbers you will be fine.
Enjoy!

Re: Menu Font Issue on New PC
Scott Davis
Hi Paul,
Thanks for your follow up. I didn't realize you weren't running AC Log full screen. Click Settings > Appearance > Form Size and enter a smaller percentage. You can still drag the edges after doing so for additional resizing to your preference, but starting with a smaller percentage to begin with will get you more in the ball park.
Enjoy!

It's already at that setting. I tried changing it and then back again and it didn't make a difference. Also, I noticed that when I resize the window vertically, it cuts off the bottom of text in those areas. Note that I don't use it full screen as I have a very large monitor. If I reset it, then it's MONSTER size! 73 and Happy Thanksgiving. Paul, AC9O

Have had Beta log going for a week. Up to now, even though spotting source I use is very robust, it or my local network drops out for a few seconds quite often and I lose spotting until I manually reset. With the Beta this has become moot and I am for the
first time in ages have seamless spotting! My source has not dropped out for any length of time so cannot vouch for the transfer to a next source yet. I don’t care! Your upgrade has fixed the instantaneous interrupt problem nicely. Well done!!
