Scott,
Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately I have gone to that before resorting to asking.  The problem is that I should be able to go to Settings and then rig interface and have it give me a list of interfaces to select from.  When I go there, I have nothing, not one interface!

My call is ND1N and I am a new user of your software.
I have had minimum of issues however, I want to interface my IC7100 to my computer and under "Rig Interface" in Settings I have no interfaces to choose from.
How do I obtain the program for my 7100?
Thanks in advance.

Is anyone using the Win4K3 Suite ?  I'm curious if the "F" keys in N3FJP will activate the DVR in a K3 once the two programs are interfaced ?

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your e-mail.  I'm sorry that you have run into trouble.  There isn't anything within AC Log that would delete a portion of your log (aside from a user multi selecting multiple QSOs and then clicking Delete - not suggesting you have done that).

You can restore from your most recent backup as detailed here:

You know, it very well could be my internet. We are out in the country and have no wired internet available. We have a microwave link, 8 mbps each way. It is slow sometimes with long latency. I'm giving that a high probability!

Thanks for the idea!

This happened to me when I had DSL and a local provider for Internet. The problem was with the provider. The Internet dropped out several times a day just for a few seconds. You wouldn't notice it for normal Internet use. But it was enough to kill the Telnet connection that served the DX cluster. So the problem may be your Internet connection. A call to your provider can check to see if you have any drop outs during the day. I now get my Internet from the cable company and hardly ever have that problem.

Hi tom,

It’s probably not ACLog that is hanging.  It’s probably the spotting cluster you are using.  Open up the DX spotting window (Cntrl-D) and disable/enable spotting.   Sometimes choosing a different telnet host will help.
