Re: Request: additional display of DX info
Scott Davis
Hi Dave,
Thanks for your e-mail. I will give that some thought for the future.
You can always click View > Country List and then click the header to sort by country and see all the prefixes and other info for that country.
Thanks again!
Enjoy!

Re: Contest Log
Scott Davis
Hi Larry,
Thanks for your e-mail. With all the other commitments I already have on my plate, the World Wide Digi Contest sponsors didn't announce their contest with sufficient lead time for me to support their 2019 event. Lord willing, I do plan to support it next year.
I'd like to operate X contest. The exchange is X. Which program should I use?

I'm sorry that I didn't have the answer you were looking for.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for your e-mail. AC Log will look up the data from previous QSOs (if you have the carry comments data forward option enabled) and QRZ (if enabled), but any data overwrites are handled by the connected program. AC Log has no control over that.

Thank you Scott for that link with the YouTube viewing. Went back through, and this time used the "pull-down" tab for the station location and discovered that there was a "common" inserted in the middle where there should not have been! Now we are up and running a GREAT product. Sincerely: Stephen

Re: two new issues

Try uninstalling the driver and then reinstalling it without the radio attached. Then plug your cable into the USB port you want and turn on your radio. I heard that the driver bonds with the com port so it makes it difficult to change the com port once it is installed.

Your probably going to have to pay for something. Lists of DXCC entities are available for free. ARRL and RGSB both sell wallhangers 24 X 36. ARRL wants 15 bucks plus shipping. It is laminated and comes in a nice cardboard tube. I have one on my wall next to the rig. Yaesu did give something out with new hf rigs but I dont know if they sell them. Quite large. But you need that there are a lot of prefixes and dxcc entities. Jim AC8AZ
