lotw batch upload problem...
Ed Healy <wa9mnf@...>
Hi...
My hd crashed and am trying to put things back together. I use both LOTW and EQSL. If I upload only one call in LOTW everything appears to be fine and the color on the call sent changes to show it has been sent. When I select several calls to upload as a batch file in LOTW it shows that x amount of calls have been included in an .adi file. The color change to indicate it has been sent doesn't change. If I do a batch file in EQSL everything appears to be fine. I also don't know how to determine whether the .adi file has been sent. I'm sure I have something set up the wrong way and any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks... Ed WA9MNF

Re: LOTW Error on upload
It appears to originally upload but no "L" is being put in the "Sent Conf By" field in ACLOG

LOTW Error on upload
All of the sudden I keep getting the following error everytime I try to upload my new QSO's to LOTW. The only way around it is to edit each record "Sent Conf By" from BE to LBE, then the upload goes.

Re: Stuck in SSB mode

problem solved, under rig control I set rig to NONE. I do not control the radio with ACLog. Yesterday I did set rig to kenwood2 to check out my TS870.

Re: Stuck in SSB mode
Dave
I also noticed it's stuck in 30m as well, can't change band; and a couple of extra digits in the frequency field; 10.13600 instead of 10.136. I also can't change the frequency, say if I want to log a 10m qso. I have to go back and edit the qso to correct the issues.

Stuck in SSB mode
Dave
For some reason the log is defaulting to ssb mode. I start to log an ft8 call, I tab across change it to ft8, then tab across and it changes back to ssb. Then I have to edit the qso and change it to ft8. This started this morning.

I'm getting: "Error: The selected station location could not be found. Final Status: Command Syntax Error (10)". I use (2) difference PC's with two different radios. TQSL is loaded on both computers and works well with one of them. Both LOTW Certificate(s) shows the same station location on each of the computers. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Note, I am absolutely sure that it is "user error". :) Thanks. N4GIL

This is a "normal" message from LoTW when it's busy processing other files uploaded before your batch. LoTW hasn't gotten to your upload yet. As stated in the message you got below, this can happen after a busy contest weekend when lots of files are uploaded after the contest is over.
When you go back later, click on "All Since" and accept the default date. If your files have been processed you will see them appear in the data fields.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for your e-mail. I'm sorry that you have run into trouble. The Club Log server does not like the user name / password combination you have entered on the uploader form in AC Log. Make sure that it is correct and that you have not used any special characters (just stick with letters and numbers). Once you have your sign on information correct in AC Log, you will be all set.
Enjoy!
