When you set the com port parameters from the TS-590's menu, they

the ports on bootup. Don't ask how I know...

It sounds like you're using the radio's DB-9 port. The virtual port
via the USB cable with Kenwood's driver works fine the same way,
though I think you can set the two differently.

Advanced topic for when you get this to play:
Eterlogic's virtual serial port emulator, that lets you split a com
port and have several programs talk to it at once.

Hi John,

Thanks for your e-mail.  Since the uploads are only initiated on entry, in the case of LoTW or eQSL, no action would be initiated on ADIF import.  In the case of Club Log, after import and then logging a new QSO from the main form, the current QSO plus the previous nine will be uploaded (assuming you didn't go ahead and upload your new records from the ADIF import from the Club Log form after import).

Bill,

Very likely ACLog is now uploading to Clublog using https rather than
the old non-secure http. This will become mandatory after 1 April. See
the Clublog home page.

The problem for you is that XP doesn't support https.

Re: Beta

Hi Art,

Please first uninstall your current version of AC Log from Windows Control Panel.  Then install this version here

http://www.n3fjp.com/programs/ACLBETA.exe

From the menu options click eLogs > Club Log and click Enable Real Time Upload.  You won't see any notifications when entering QSOs, but after entering 10 QSOs that haven't been uploaded to Club Log, they should be upload on the 10th as you press enter.

Since the code only fires on every 10th QSO, I really need extra help testing this one.

Please let me know how you make out!

Thanks!
