I'm a longtime user of all of Scott's software.  Bought the big package way back in the beginning.  I was getting ready Winter Field Day.  So I download the fresh version from Scott's page this morning.  And when I get ready to insert the password from my Password Archive.  There is no Winter Field Day password in my list.  It should be there because I bought the big software package including all of the contests.

I'm bummed out.  Less than two hours left until it starts and me sitting here with no password.

This is not an AC-Log message, this is a TQSL message you are getting.

Open TQSL, and check your certificates.  Many people forget that there is an expiration date, and it must be renewed periodically.  I'll almost bet this is the problem.  If not, tell me what you see in your certificates, and although not an expert, I'll try to help.

All of the sudden for no apparent reason, ACLOG is telling me I have no valid TQSL certificate. I can not upload my logs.

This is the error I get in ACLOG:

TQSL Version 2.3.1 [v2.3.1]

Error: There are no valid callsign certificates for callsign K3MRK in entity UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Signing aborted.

No records to upload

Final Status: TQSL Error (4)

I've never had an issue with this before. I can download confirmations just fine.

Any ideas?

John for the life of me, I could not find a way to output a ADIF file using Cqpwin I looked at everything. When I did a post process, it only gave one choice, and ADIF was not it.
Anyway I'm past it now got the logs loaded OK.

Re: importing log question

You're not using ADIF Master if yoiu can only load 100 contacts without "registration". ADIF Master is completely free and I have loaded logs with 7000+ QSOs without issue.

Hi all! Using the above combination, I want to set it up so that a call I need on that band and mode will be highlighted other than the standard green for a CQ. I don't know if this is a JTAlertX setting or an ACL setting. Maybe it can't be done?!? JTAlertX help is not very helpful. Thanks in advance! Using the latest versions of all the programs.

Bill / N7OQ,

I just checked and ran a small test.  Version 12.7 of the CQPWIN has the option to save an old “*.cqp” file in ADIF format.  Perhaps using that program to get your ADIF files to import into ACLog is your best path to success.

Ok I figured it out, was able to edit log fields and after I did 100  entries I removed them from the .log file and then uploaded the next 100 entries to edit and save as ADIF. This way I can get past the 100 entries limit for the unregerstered version.

Winter Field Day - Please Be Sure To Use the Correct Software!

Scott Davis

Hi All,

There seems to be more interest and enthusiasm for Winter Field Day than ever, but there's been some confusion on which program to use this weekend. You can't use the Field Day program designed for ARRL's Field Day in June for this contest, since the exchange categories and scoring are different. Instead, please use the Winter Field Day Contest Log:

http://www.n3fjp.com/winterfieldday.html

Complete Details on Winter Field Day are here:

https://www.winterfieldday.com/

N3FJP Software Package Users - I just added the the Winter Field Day software to the package in 2014. If you purchased the package prior to 2014 and plan to operate WFD, please e-mail us direct and we will send you your Winter Field Day password. Additional programs we add to the package are always free to registered users, but please don't wait until Saturday to e-mail us!

I'll be operating in the Home category and I hope to work you this weekend! Enjoy the contest!

And in response to the questions we always receive when we neglect to include the following in our e-mail announcements...

Package Upgrade Information...

If you have registered one or more individual programs and would like to upgrade to N3FJP's Software Package for full use of all our Amateur Radio software, we would be glad to apply the amount that you have registered so far as a credit towards that purchase. Please send us an e-mail directly and we'll let you know your balance.

N3FJP's Software Package includes more than one hundred programs for contesting, net management and general logging Amateur Radio applications. In addition to full use of all these programs, registered package customers are also entitled to receive free passwords for any new software that is added to the package and free upgrades to existing programs. There are no annual / maintenance costs of any kind. Simply register once and you are set with N3FJP Software for life! You'll find all the details on the Register Now page here:

http://www.n3fjp.com/purchasepackage.html

Donations are Gratefully Accepted!

And in response to the often asked question for which Kimberly and I are very grateful...

"I know your upgrades are free, but I also realize how much time and effort coding these enhancements and new programs take and that your pricing policy doesn't fully reflect that. Can I send you something to show my appreciation for your continued efforts?"

Yes, thanks so much, your continued support in any amount is very welcome and deeply appreciated! You can use this page:

http://www.n3fjp.com/donations.html

or send your contribution by mail, payable to Affirmatech Inc., to:

G. Scott Davis
118 Glenwood Road
Bel Air, MD 21014-5533

Thank you so much for your continued support!

Thanks!

As always, thanks for your kind words, support, linking to our web site and spreading the word about our software. Kimberly and I really appreciate it!

The way Yahoo groups are set up, it is much easier for subscribers to unsubscribe from the old e-mail address than for the list owner to do it for you. In addition, Yahoo now prohibits list owners from adding anyone, so it is impossible for me to add your new e-mail address.

Hi Dennis,

Thanks for your e-mail.  JT Alert is not designed for this exchange, so you won't be using that for this contest.  I don't know if FLDigi is or not (their support group is the place for that question), but I'm about positive N7YG Digital Engine is:

Don't use AC Log for Winter Field Day.  The software you want to use for this contest is here:
