Club affiliation when submitting to online score sites

In the VHF contest scores on https://contestonlinescore.com/scoreboard/?contest_id=135 the club is wrong for my entry.
This is from field day. In the VHF contest log I had NEWSVHF listed. Why is the old data showing up and how can i fix it? thanks Dave 73
