Hi Joe,

Thanks for your e-mail.  I'm sorry that you've run into trouble.  That error occurs when QRZ doesn't recognize the Call / password combination that you have entered on the QRZ set up form, or your PC was unable to access the QRZ server.

Make sure that:

Your Windows Protection and / or Internet protection software is allowing AC Log to access the Internet

You have a QRZ subscription in good standing

You don't have any unusual characters in your user name or password.  If you stick to letters and numbers you will be fine.

I am also getting errors using QRZ lookup. I have an XML subscription... I use my QRZ login and password. But this is all I get:  
Is there another login and password QRZ is suppose to provide?
