I just put a 'C' (for Card) in the Rec Conf By and/or Sent Conf By.  And if it has already been confirmed by LOTW with an 'L', I add the 'C' at the beginning so 'CL' is stored in those two fields.  

You could then sort the column by Rec Conf By, and create QSL labels for ones that don't have a 'C' in the Sent Conf By.

For example in Rec Conf By:

  • Blank = no QSL
  • 'L' = LOTW QSL
  • 'C' = Card QSL
  • 'CL' = LOTW and Card QSLs
