Welcome to ACLog!  It's a great logging program and you can always find help in this users forum.

To populate fields like county and grid square, you need to subscribe to a data service like QRZ.  Even though you have checked QRZ, you need to subscribe to their XML service in order to automatically populate other fields.  I have used their subscription for years and it's a great service.  I think it costs about $30/year.
