I use “$?” frequently when I’m running stations. Very handy. Only problem is sometime I will use that same F-Key to call a station and then hit the F-Key containing KZ5J and it inserts an unneeded “?”.

I assigned $? to one of the F-keys. It works with a partial callsign, too. Type 'K4' in the box and hit the function key and you'll get 'K4?' _._,_._,_
