Well I finally found an email address within the QRZ site. I asked them to forward my issues to there Help Desk. 
I was able to look at my XML account info all looked normal. I was NOT able to change my password or open a Help ticket.
I tried to log into QRZ with Firefox, it didn't like my password. I think there password database may be corrupted.
