Okay John - quite interesting, I coded to TS480 IF format (simpler) using the TS480 CAT manual, selected at N1MM and still no joy. I had verified the TS2000 manual many times previously. Interesting t

100% agreed Tom, SDR Console V3 is in a class by itself - fun to fiddle with the others, but V3 supports more hardware, has all the features, and Simon doesn't ever stop adding very cool things! de Wb

Kenwood "IF" CAT Command
I am simulating TS2000 with my PC program and sending "IF" command response to N1MM, but it is being ignored. If I send the "FA" command in response to IF request, that works. Can anyone suggest a doc

N1MM conflict with HDSDR - interrogate? (Solution)
The problem with port sharing using VSPE happens when VSPE is configured as a "SPLITTER" which is a sharing device. In order to split the CAT operations into their own channels, setup VSPE as a "CONNE

Hi Larry - it was Art I think who brought up DXLab, I don't use it, but as I see it the problem is not specific to DXLab and is related to port sharing using VSPE. I have placed a program revision req

N1MM conflict with HDSDR - interrogate?
I noticed this same problem this weekend doing the California QSO party - the transceiver (FT2000 here) will flip back and forth between the desired frequency and a truncated version of the frequency.

PC keying transceiver on CW
No LPT port on the new computer - they are fully outdated now. I could buy a plugin in card for this, but at half the price of a Winkey, would hate to pass up on all those features in a standalone key

Thanks George - I would like them all to work! The current solution is using an LPT1 pin connected to a phono plug that goes into any one of the transceivers I want. In addition I am able to Y-connect
