Hello Ron, Make sure that you leave the telnet window open. Not just minimized, open. Did that fix it? 73 -Gary K9GS

Question from NF1A about moving from N1MM to N1MM+
You should be ok..just let N1MM+ install to the default locations. One of the development team may jump in here to confirm but I think that's what I did. 73, Gary K9GS

Another thing to note. The Telnet window must be kept open on the screen, i.e. NOT minimised. You can make it small and hide it behind other windows but it can't be minimised. This goes for networked

N1MM+ Stops
Any chance you have RF getting into the USB ? Does this happen if you are connected to a dummy load and/or put the K3 in test mode?

N1MM+ and Norton Anti-Virus
Get rid of Norton. It's actions are virus-like plus it is a huge resource hog.

I am surprised with how often this comes up (problems with USB ports going to sleep) that someone hasn't come up with a utility to modify the USB power setting for the entire PC.

Upload it to the N1MM+ Yahoo Group in the files section. There are already many CH files there.
