Yup, definitely something wrong with the RAEM score calculation.  Contacts with a Lat/Long 100 miles from here score more points than a UA9 QSO!

The experimental version give you the option to select "ExtIO*.dll" as the source for the display.  This is needed to get the RSP1a information into the spectrum display window when using RF input.

Lat/Long points scoring seems to be all awry in the RAEM contest, I'm getting less points per contact the smaller the difference is in lat/long co-ordinates rather than the other way round.

Yes. That is one reason it is experimental.

I never ran an experimental version. Always just run the latest + an RSP1A. What does the experimental version get you.

Close the Spectrum Display like you would close any Windows window. Click on the X in the right top corner.

I just got an update to my Windows 10 PC, version 1809.  This was a major update and to about 1/2 hour to complete with multiple downloads and restarts.  All is well.  N1MM Logger is working perfectly.  I have an SO2V setup in CW and RTTY with my IC-7610.

Made an install error and do not know how to fix My One Drive issue N1MM install error

Gerry S

I posted the post at the bottom  a few weeks ago.

I mentioned that some of documents ended up in Microsoft OneDrive which is the cloud.

I think I know what I did wrong on the installation

Right here:

Install DatabaseCreation

I clicked on the first choice instead on Create new N1MMLogger+database.

That is what put some folders in both documents(right)  and documents in OneDrive(wrong)..

Anyone know how I can fix this after the fact?  Would a reinstall be needed(hope not)  or?

Tks in advance and Merry Christmas to all.

  Problem with my N1MM install
From: Gerry S
Date: Tue, 04 Dec 2018 18:15:46 EST
N1MM for the most part is working fine for me but there is an issue that probably occurred when I first installed N1MM

I did a regular full install as recommended.

I see I have 2 folders for Documents, one alone on the C drive and one in OneDrive.

The installation placed files in the Documents folder that is in the OneDrive and in the Documents file that stands alone.

I was told this is wrong and can lead to problems but have no idea how to fix it. When I deleted a folder in the OneDrive documents folder one time N1mm crashed.

This is part of  what I see in the Documents folder in OneDrive

GRITTY Chiming At Each Line Feed

Bud Governale

GRITTY as DI1 RX Window 2 in N1MM sends an audio chime each time the printing goes to a new line (line feed).

If I open stand alone GRITTY this does not happen.

How do I fix this?

I have the Kenwood TS2000 with the TimeWave Navigator and the computer is usding W10.  Installed the ports with Navigator and they list as follows: Com 3 is CAT, 4 is PTT & CW, 5 is Winkey, 6 is FSK, 7 is RS232, and 8 is labeled Navigator config.  Have not been able to correctly structure the settings.  Can anyone assist me using this setup.  Help would be appreciated.  73

Check out the Reverse Beacon Network

For spots, please use your favorite

There are multiple layers of filters - some at the cluster node, some in the program. Re: N1MM+ changing IC-7300 filter from Wide to Nar when QSY

Paul K6PO

Drew, I was hoping to do that as a workaround, but it does not seem possible with the IC-7300. The default filters look to be factory defaults in the firmware, not changeable by the end user. Anyway, no documented CI-V commands, or radio front panel commands, do it.
